Fujisapa Restaurant
The Fujisapa is a restaurant on the small island between the Roßneckar and Wehrneckar canals.
It is characterised by the Asian high pleasure and sensuality in the taste of Japanese & Vietnamese culinary art. With stylish Asian flair, the ambience becomes a focus of authenticity and at the same time a culinary experience.

Japanese cuisine pursues freshness, quality and seasonality of ingredients. Above all, care is taken to preserve the intrinsic flavour of the ingredients through gentle cooking methods.
Vietnamese cuisine is influenced by the geography of the country. Vietnamese food varies greatly depending on whether it is in the north, centre or south.
A popular dessert with us is the mochi. The rice cake consists of a sweet type of rice. Mochi is usually in the shape of a ball and filled with bean paste or, modernly, with ice cream.
